Spinach And Feta Topped Burgers

Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

Directions:

Mix spinach, onions and water in a medium saucepan; cover. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute or until spinach is wilted.

Grill the burgers to desired doneness. Place tomatoes and burgers on bottom half of buns; top with spinach and feta cheese; season with pepper to taste.
