1/2 | cup | butter, melted | |

2 | bananas, mashed | ||

1/2 | cup | sour cream | |

2 | eggs | ||

2-1/4 | cups | flour | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | baking soda | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |

3/4 | cup | semi-sweet chocolate chips | |
|
|||
1 | cup | red and green candied cherries, halved | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | chopped nuts | |
|
Heat oven to 350 F. Grease bottom of 9x5 inch loaf pan, with nonstick cooking spray. Lightly flour pan.
Beat sugar and butter with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Beat in bananas, sour cream and eggs.
Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in chocolate chips, cherries and nuts. Pour into pan.
Bake 45-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of bread comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes before removing
to rack to cool completely.
