2 | cans | (13 oz.) Pet Evaporated Milk | |
|
|||
1 | cup | whole milk | |
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | vanilla | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | instant coffee | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | boiling water | |
|
|||
1 | cup | chopped pecans | |
|
Beat eggs and sugar in large mixing bowl until well blended. Stir in evaporated milk, milk and vanilla. Dissolve coffee in boiling water. Add to milk mixture. Refrigerate until well chilled. Pour into ice cream freezer container. Churn and freeze according to manufacturer's directions. When ice cream is finished, stir in pecans.
