1 | pkg. | (8 oz.) mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided | |

1 | can | (8 oz.) pizza sauce | |
|
|||
1 | cup | cooked chicken, diced | |
|
|||
1 | small red onion, thinly sliced | ||

|||
1/2 | cup | green bell pepper, diced | |
|
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake shells flat for 3-4 minutes; cool. Reset oven to 400 degrees. Sprinkle 2 shells with 1/2 cup each mozzarella cheese. Place another baked shell on top of cheese. Spread each top shell with pizza sauce. Top with chicken, onion, pepper and remaining shredded cheese. Place pizzas on ungreased baking sheet and bake 7-9 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into 4 wedges each.
