1 | cup | Karo Dark Corn Syrup | |

1/2 | cup | firmly packed dark brown sugar | |

2 | tablespoons | corn oil margarine | |

12 | medium sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled, halved lengthwise | ||
|
In small saucepan, heat corn syrup, brown sugar and margarine to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Pour 1/2 cup of syrup into 13x9x2- inch baking dish.
Arrange potatoes, overlapping if necessary, in syrup. Top with remaining syrup. Bake in 350F. oven, basting often, for 20 minutes, until well glazed.
