1/8 | teaspoon | mint extract | |

2 | cups | chocolate ice cream | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | chocolate ice cream topping | |
|
|||
8 | mint meringue cookies, coarsely crushed | ||
|
In a medium bowl, combine whipped topping and mint extract; stir gently to blend. In each of four tall glasses, layer 1/4 cup ic cream, 1 tablespoon chocolate topping, 1 tablespoon crushed cookies and 2 tablespoons mint flavored whipped topping.
Repeat layers and sprinkle with remaining crushed cookies. Serve at once.
