2 | cups | fresh spinach, finely chopped | |

1 | can | (14 ounces) quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped | |
|
|||
4 | cloves | garlic, minced | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | prepared Alfredo sauce | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | mayonnaise | |
|
|||
4 | ounces | Swiss cheese, shredded | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
|||
sourdough or artisan bread, toasted and cut into wide strips | |||
|
|||
assorted crackers | |||
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a medium bowl, add spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, alfredo sauce, mayonnaise, Swiss cheese and pepper and stir together.
Spread into an 8 x 8 inch baking dish and bake for 35 minutes.
Serve while hot with toasted bread and assorted crackers.
