2 | cans | (15 1/4 oz. each) Del Monte Sliced Peaches in heavy syrup | |

2 | cups | heavy cream | |

3 | tablespoons | sugar | |

1/3 | cup | seedless raspberry jam | |

If desired, moisten rims of 8 medium wine goblets and dip into a plate of sugar, turning to coat rims. Freeze glasses while making the fool. Drain peaches and process in food processor or blender until smooth.
In large bowl, with electric mixer at high speed, beat cream and sugar to stiff peaks. With rubber spatula, gently fold in peaches. Melt jam in small saucepan or microwave. Spoon half the fool into goblets and add a spoonful of jam to each. Top with remaining fool. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 1 hour. If desired, garnish with mint sprigs and raspberries.
